This page explains how to request deletion of your Coach AI: Training & Recovery account and the data associated with it.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account.
Email support@iamcoach.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

| Account data | Deleted within 30 days of your deletion request |
| Health and training data | Deleted upon account deletion |
| AI conversation history | Deleted upon account deletion |
| Backups | Purged within 30 days of primary data deletion |
| Analytics data | Retained in anonymized/aggregated form, per provider defaults |
| Contact form submissions | Retained for 12 months |
| Error logs | Retained for 90 days |

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
