We operate the marketing website at www.iamcoach.ai and the coaching application at app.iamcoach.ai. We provide an AI-powered health and fitness coaching platform that helps you train smarter using data from wearable devices, personalized AI coaching conversations, and evidence-based training principles.
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website and application. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
To provide personalized coaching, we collect fitness goals, training history, body metrics, injury history, and data synced from wearable devices such as Garmin (including heart rate, workouts, sleep, and recovery metrics).
Messages you exchange with the AI coach, coaching preferences, and feedback you provide are stored to deliver and improve your coaching experience.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser type, and anonymized IP address. This data is collected through PostHog and Google Analytics (see Third-Party Services).
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content.
We automatically collect error reports and performance metrics to identify and fix technical issues. This data includes browser information and the technical context of errors, but does not include your personal health or coaching data.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Period.
This applies to all your data — your health information, training data, AI conversations, and every other piece of personal information you entrust to us. The only third parties that process your data are the service providers listed in the Third-Party Services section below, and they do so solely to operate the Coach service on your behalf.

Coach is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours. Our notification will include the nature of the breach, the data affected, steps we have taken, and recommended actions for you.
