Coach is operated by Agentic d.o.o., registered at Dunajska cesta 20, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We provide an AI-powered coaching platform available at app.iamcoach.ai that delivers personalized training plans, coaching conversations, and data-driven insights using information from wearable devices such as Garmin.
Our marketing website at www.iamcoach.ai and the application at app.iamcoach.ai are collectively referred to as the "Service".
Coach is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our AI coaching is designed to support your fitness journey, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.
You acknowledge that you use Coach at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided by our Service. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect on their next billing cycle.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Coach, including your training data, health information, and conversations with the AI coach ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the coaching service. We will never sell Your Content or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
You may request deletion of Your Content at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Agentic d.o.o. and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fitness coaching purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.
Coach uses artificial intelligence to generate training plans, coaching advice, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
Coach integrates with third-party services such as Garmin for wearable data and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for coaching capabilities. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how third-party services process your data.
We strive to keep Coach available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. For significant changes, we will notify users via email.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us at support@iamcoach.ai.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
After account termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@iamcoach.ai to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rules that apply to consumers in the EU.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
